Steak with Parsley Garlic Sauce

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients listed in recipe. Note that we substituted flank steak for the hanger steak.

5 oz spring mix
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:

Follow instructions in recipe to prepare steak and parsley garlic sauce.

In a small jar, shake together white wine vinegar with 3 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with spring mix and radishes.
