Cottage Cheese with Melon and Raspberries

Makes 2 servings

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cantaloupe
3 oz raspberries

Preparation:

Peel and seed cantaloupe and cut into slices. Serve cantaloupe slices with a mound of cottage cheese and sprinkle with raspberries.

Optionally serve with a side of Wasa cracker with peanut butter.
