Steak with Baby Potatoes and Asparagus
Makes 4 servings
1-1/2 lbs Top Loin Steak
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
1 lb baby potatoes
1 bunch asparagus
Chives and optional butter for serving
Olive oil, salt and pepper
- Heat broiler on high.
- While broiler heats, bring baby potatoes to a boil in a large saucepan. Trim asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Broil steak for 8 minutes per side at 8 inches from the broiler or until desired doneness is reached.
- Boil baby potatoes for about 20 minutes or until done.
- Once steak is done, broil asparagus for 4-5 minutes or until just tender.
