Fennel Crusted Pork Chops with Potatoes and Shallots

1 lb green beans
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Marinate pork chops as described in recipe. This can be done up to 24 hours in advance.
- Trim green beans and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper on a large baking sheet.
- Follow instructions in recipe to prepare pork chops with potatoes and shallots.
- Put green beans in the oven at the same time as the pork chops and potatoes. Roast until tender, about 15 minutes.
