Yogurt with Frozen Blueberries and Flaxseed

If you're craving berries during the winter, frozen berries and yogurt make a perfect breakfast bowl. For the best flavor, use whole milk yogurt - we find Grace Harbor Farms yogurt works particularly well for this dish.

Yogurt with Frozen Blueberries and Flaxseed

Makes 2 servings

2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries, defrosted overnight in the fridge
1 tbsp flaxseed

Preparation:

Mix yogurt, berries and flaxseed in two separate serving bowls.
