Orange Carpaccio with Orange-Flower Water and Almonds

Makes 2 servings

Half batch of the ingredients listed in recipe. Note that we substituted toasted sliced almonds for the pistachios.

2-3 oz crumbled feta or ricotta salata

Preparation:
