Sheet Pan Shrimp and Broccoli

This delicious and healthy dinner is easy to prepare in the oven on a couple of sheet pans.

Sheet Pan Shrimp and Broccoli

Makes 4 servings

1-1/2 lbs large wild shrimp
2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together sesame oil, canola oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes. Toss 2/3 of this mixture with the broccoli florets and spread on two baking sheets. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Toss shrimp with remaining 1/3 of mixture and add to baking sheets. Return sheets to oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
