Fall 28 Day Plan - Week 4, Second Half

The final set of recipes in the Fall 28 day plan features a pumpkin spice oatmeal for breakfast that's delicious despite having no added sugars. The other breakfast of corn, red pepper and cheddar scramble is hearty and has a nice sweetness from the corn.

For dinners, we have a particularly tasty grilled lamb skewer with figs that can also be made under the broiler if the weather doesn't support grilling. Sage rubbed pork tenderloin cooks quickly and easily in the oven, and we round out the week with a greek lentil soup that makes up quickly on a weeknight and is a hearty, satisfying vegetarian option for Fall.

For details of how the recipe and shopping list quantities are intended to be used over the course of the full week, refer to Week 1, First Half.
