Cinnamon Apple Yogurt Bowl

Maybe this is cheating to post this as a new recipe, but we've found the apple bowl we loved during summer takes on an even better flavor for fall with the addition of a bit of cinnamon.

For the best flavor, use whole milk yogurt in this dish.

Cinnamon apple yogurt bowl

Makes 2 servings

2 cups plain yogurt
1 large apple
2 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Core and chop apple.
  2. Mix yogurt, apple, flaxseed and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
