Nectarine and Blackberry Yogurt Bowl
Nectarines and blackberries are often available from local sources well into Fall. If not available in your area, frozen blackberries and sliced peaches can be substituted - just thaw them in the fridge overnight.
Makes 2 servings
1 cup blackberries
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
- Cut nectarine into slices.
- Combine nectarine slices, blackberries, yogurt, flaxseed and cinnamon in two serving bowls and stir to combine.
