Apricot and Feta Yogurt Bowl

Feta cheese and peak of season apricots lend a salty sweet character to this simple breakfast bowl. For the best flavor, use whole milk yogurt - we're big fans of Grace Harbor Farms plain yogurt.

Makes 1 serving

3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 ripe apricots
2 tbsp chopped walnuts


  1. Mix yogurt and feta together in bowl.
  2. Remove pits from apricots and cut into slices.
  3. Arrange apricots over yogurt-feta mixture in bowl and sprinkle with walnuts.
