Yogurt with Berries and Flaxseed
Blueberries and raspberries make a colorful addition to this simple yogurt breakfast bowl. For the best flavor, use whole milk yogurt - we find Grace Harbor Farms yogurt works particularly well for this dish.
Makes 1 serving
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tbsp flaxseed
- Layer yogurt and half of berries in a bowl, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
- Sprinkle flaxseed over yogurt and top with remaining berries.
