Miso-Marinated Flank Steak with Salad ingredients as listed in recipe
Prepare marinade and as described in steps 1 and 2 of recipe, omitting sugar. Add steak and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
Prepare steak and salad according to steps 3 through 5 of recipe.
Note - If two people are working on this meal, it works well for one to grill the steak, while the other prepares the salad.
