Summer - Day 3

By the third day of low carb eating, we were both looking forward to adding back some fruit, grains and dairy later in the week. Continuing to plan appetizing meals and having regular healthy snacks did help - the grilled chicken we made for dinner was a particular success, with a rich, velvety flavor from the teriyaki marinade.
